They also have a birthday train ride.

The park is near Shady Hills in the north central portion of Pasco County Florida.The railroad is based upon the Orange Belt Railway. which ran from Sanford to St. Petersburg through Pasco County. The major towns on the CP&G are named for stops/stations on its route.

Progress Energy Art Gallery-Ila Latham-Local Artist-New Port Richey Main Street Events

We recently met Ila Latham at the Pasco Arts Fest. She was part of the Progress Energy Art Gallery presentation in New Port Richey. Ila is a former art teacher: and now that she's "retired", she devotes her time to creating the most wonderful wearable art. Her card says she does paintings, hand weaving, and hanging wearables.  Her boas are so pretty and frothy that you just want to keep touching them. She makes sweater, capes, purses and, of course, boas and scarves. Ila is extremely talented and very sweet!
